Garibaldi Springs Golf Club Wedding {Ben & Michelle}

Ben and Michelle’s wedding took us up to Squamish and the Garibaldi Springs Golf Club. It’s quite a new venue and very, very nice! We began our day with some getting ready photos of Ben and Michelle in a couple of the hotel rooms. After that we headed downstairs for the ceremony which had been set up outside overlooking the golf course. The proceedings were officiated by the Squamish RCMP Chaplain as Ben is a local RCMP officer.

When the ceremony was over we loaded the bridal party into a couple of cars and drove around Squamish for a photo shoot. We stopped by the police station for a photo with a patrol car and then headed over to the ambulance station so Michelle could get a picture with one of her ambulances… she’s a paramedic in Squamish!

Cecil Green Wedding {Geoff & Erin}

This was our second visit of the season to Cecil Green and it’s quickly becoming one of our favourite venues! The whole event took place at the mansion with an intimate group of close friends and family. It was a beautiful day and quite warm outside until late in the evening. The sunset was beautiful as always and the guests danced, I’m sure, until long after we left and headed home.

Sunshine Coast Wedding {Andrew & Ashley}

We really enjoyed our trip to the Sunshine Coast last summer for Andrew & Ashley’s wedding! We met with Ashley at the Bonniebrook Lodge for some getting ready shots before a quick photo session on the beach. After that we headed to Ashley’s parent’s place, a short drive away, for the ceremony. Family and friends gathered around a newly constructed gazebo under which the couple were married. Following the ceremony we took some family portraits and then headed down to Gibsons for a photo session around town. We found some really interesting spots and had a lot of fun with the bridal party! Then, that left only one thing… the reception. So, we drove back to the house where the reception had already begun in a huge tent that had been brought in for the day! Another fantastic day for us although we only just made it back to Langdale for the last ferry.

Vancouver Rowing Club Wedding {Tyler & Nikki}

Tyler and Nikki were married last summer at the Vancouver Rowing Club in Stanley Park. It was a very sunny day and very warm. We began at a hotel downtown for some getting ready shots of Nikki before arriving at the Rowing Club. The ceremony was fantastic with family and friends gathered on the club’s rooftop deck in the bright sunshine.

After the ceremony we took the wedding party around Stanley Park for some pictures before returning to the Rowing Club for a fun-filled reception.

Seasons in the Park Wedding {Mike & Bowie}

Mike and Bowie were already married when we shot their wedding reception in Queen Elizabeth Park this past June. They held their ceremony overseas and so this was an opportunity for all their family and friends, who couldn’t make it to the wedding, to get together and celebrate with the couple.

We began by shooting some family pictures in Queen Elizabeth Park before heading in to the Seasons in the Park restaurant for lunch. Then it was back outside for a tea ceremony in the park! A very nice day with some very nice people!
